CTM introduced a network of video display stands in 2006 in
New York City, Chicago, Boston and Toronto. These stands incorporate
a high definition LCD display into the top of a traditional
brochure stand. The screens display an ongoing video loop
of information and advertisements for local tourism and travel
businesses.
Video on location is a highly targeted medium and offers travelers
a unique opportunity to view a sample of local attractions,
shows, restaurants, museums, and more. The video display enhances
the use of hard copy brochures in the stand by as much as
46%.
